Cami Agena

Cami has over 25 years of experience as a pharmacy benefits management attorney, including in-house and advisory board positions. 

Her extensive experience includes complex contract negotiations in all aspects of the pharmacy benefits industry, including PBM/Client contracting, pharmacy network contracting, vendor contracting, and specific program contracting, just to name a few.

She regularly advises clients on state and federal regulatory matters and compliance. This advice includes compliance with Medicare Part D requirements, 340B program requirements, pharmacy network management, drug discount card compliance, HIPAA, and anti-kickback laws. 

Cami also assists clients with state licensing and registration requirements, reporting, and operational compliance for both PBMs and third party administrators (TPAs).
