Candida has extensive experience representing PBMs, health care plans and pharmacies in all aspects of pharmacy benefit management. Her practice focuses primarily on negotiating and drafting pharmacy benefit management services agreements, pharmacy network contracts, manufacturer rebate arrangements and other industry contracts.
