Candida has extensive experience representing PBMs, health care plans and pharmacies in all aspects of pharmacy benefit management. Her practice focuses primarily on negotiating and drafting pharmacy benefit management services agreements, pharmacy network contracts, manufacturer rebate arrangements and other industry contracts. She also routinely advises clients on risk management strategies and compliance with state and federal industry regulations, including pharmacy benefit utilization review, pharmacy network requirements, licensing, and anti-kickback laws.
