Elizabeth Fella

Elizabeth primarily represents PBMs and similar entities, assisting them in finding practical solutions for federal and state regulatory compliance. She assists clients in evaluating licensing needs specific to their unique business operations, submitting initial and periodic regulatory filings necessary to obtain or maintain regulatory approval, and drafting related contractual regulatory addenda.

Clients look to Elizabeth to advise regarding responses to market conduct examinations and to resolve ad hoc regulatory inquiries when they arise. Much of Elizabeth’s past career focused on commercial bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, including representing secured and unsecured creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 cases and other litigation; she continues to advise clients regarding insurance liquidations, receiverships, and other insolvency proceedings.
