Kristina Magne

Kristina brings nearly a decade of diverse legal experience spanning government enforcement, regulatory strategy, and complex litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kristina served as head of Pharmacy Benefits at the New York State Department of Financial Services, where she led the creation and launch of New York’s first Pharmacy Benefits Bureau. In this role, she directed regulatory oversight of Pharmacy Benefit Managers in the areas of licensing, examinations, reporting, and compliance matters.
