Rob represents and advises clients in all aspects of drug channel support, especially as related to the PBM industry, including regulatory compliance and contract review/negotiation. Rob has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry, and is a nationally recognized legal and compliance expert in the areas of pharmacy benefit management, brand and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracting, pharmaceutical manufacturer services contracting, specialty drug purchase and services contracting, specialty pharmacy and “hub” service provider operations, as well as payer, managed markets, and trade matters and contracting.

Rob’s clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, specialty pharmacies, and other players in the pharmacy benefit management and drug channel industry, from start-ups to large national players. Rob’s ability to provide practical and impactful advice to his clients is rooted in his first-hand experience having held senior legal positions at CVS/Caremark, AdvancePCS, TheraCom, and PCS Health Systems. Rob also held the general counsel position for a hub services provider, Occam Health Services.
